Having seen much of Colin’s work, I was totally confident hiring him and trusting him to guide me on the day. We went away into the village and up into the hills for pictures which is a part of the day I massively enjoyed and the pictures from this are breathtaking - making the most of the Loch Lomond venue.We received about 10 photos edited the following day which was great for social media posts and all of the edited images within a month and every stage of the day has been beautifully captured, including candid pictures of all our guests.

Our album is incredible - fantastic quality and beautiful presentation - something to keep out for visitors to look at and remember what a fantastic day we had.

Thank you very much Colin!! Our photos were amazing and you did not disappoint. On the day of our wedding my husband and I were so relaxed with Colin and so were our guests he was very professional and organised, when it came to getting the guests together it all went smoothly. The whole day was captured perfectly all the little details from the perfume I was wearing to the starters and food being served to the favours we hand packed for our guests and the flowers we arranged on the back of the chairs. Trying to narrow down what pictures to use for our album was tough as there was hundreds to choose from but we got there in the end with guidance from Colin on the layout so the album would look perfect. I cannot thank him enough the photos and memories will last a lifetime. I cannot believe the last photo you took of the night you managed to get the lightening strike. I would highly recommend CIA Photography.

When my husband and I met with Colin to discuss our preferences, he was great. We explained that we were not the type of people who particularly enjoyed posing for photographs, and he told us he could do a "behind the scenes" type day, which would be him catching lots of real moments. This instantly made us relax as we were happy that we could just be ourselves.

On the day Colin was amazing, although I do not generally enjoy posing, he made me feel very comfortable, so I let go a little and I am so glad, as if I had planned to take pictures I would have been nervous, but his kind and relaxed presence made it easy, and we also had a laugh and a joke.

Henry (Colin's 2nd photographer) was with the boys, and he took some great shots. I love looking at the pictures of them pre-wedding as it was a sneak peek in to their morning.

Colin did not miss a moment!!! I can not emphasise this enough. Not a moment or detail was missed, which I am extremely grateful for as I put in a lot of effort in to the little things. I have great candid shots with my friends and family, and also shots through the ceremony, speeches and so on. These are priceless moments to me, and I am so grateful they were captured.

From getting ready in the morning, to our first dance both Colin and Henry were absolutely brilliant.

When I received my photos, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. I struggled having to pick as they were all amazing, and Colin again stepped in and advised, and we came up with the final product. My album is my treasure now. It looks like a fairytale book, and I wish I could do it all again! I highly recommend CIA photography. I do not think my day would have been the same without them.

Colin not only took some truly amazing photos but he was a lovely man too. He made my bride feel very comfortable and was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. 100% would recommend. He even somehow managed to capture 2 swans flying over the alter for an unbelievable shot!

Well where to start, I honestly struggle to put in to words the service Colin provided. From the very first time we met him at lodge on Loch Lomond he was welcoming and easy to talk to. Colin was not forceful in selling his services and we never felt under pressure he simply presented his previous work to us and we could see how amazingly talented he was.

Booking with CIA photography was so simple and easy & Colin kept in touch with us at regular intervals. We unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID & Colin was great and helped us change it without any issues.

Then the big day came and Colin was just amazing from keeping me calm in the morning to making me laugh later in the day. Colin & Henry were outstanding with our guests and everyone commented on how great and approachable they both were.

Colin was so patient and understanding when my son was upset and overwhelmed and didn’t make me feel stressed about having him in family photos. Colin & Henry also took the time later in the night to take myself, my husband and my son outside to get the most amazing photos of my little man in his outfit and for this I will be eternally grateful.

I have to mention the great help from Colin’s daughter Nieve with her great smoke dancing skills lol! You smashed it honey!!

By the end of the day I honestly felt like Colin was more of a friend than a photographer.

Since receiving our photos I was so shocked but so grateful for the photos I didn’t even realise Colin & Henry had taken. The special moments between people forever captured in the most beautiful images.

I have no words for the photos of myself & my husband as they are just out of this world. Colin’s knowledge of the area is second to none and we felt at ease every step of the way.

One last thing Colin - remember never say flowers to your flower to a midwife again haha!!

I honestly cannot thank Colin and Henry enough for capturing our amazing day they way they did and we will be forever grateful.

We used CIA photography for our wedding and can honestly say we could not be happier with the service or the results! Colin was an absolute pleasure to have as our photographer on the big day and put ourselves and all the people involved in the photos at ease – we were all relaxed and laughing and joking all the way through.

The photos themselves and the album are just stunning, Colin really captured the spirit of the day and has given us such wonderful memories to treasure from our wedding day. Everyone commented on the day on how great the photographer was, and everyone who has seen the finished album has absolutely loved it. We are also really impressed that we get to have the disc with all of the high-res images and the copyright so we can get our own reprints anytime – so many photographers do not provide this service and really then there are so many extra costs if you want to get more photos.

So thanks again Colin for being such a big part of our special day, the whole day was perfect and you were a big part of making it that way. You really stood out from the other photographers we saw and we are so glad we chose CIA.
